"I thought the service level and pricing overall was outstanding. The customer service departments was great. The only thing that I feel was not up to par was the shipping notifications and the packaging that was used for the order. The package actually was dropped outside my house on a bad weather day as a result of not knowing when the order was to deliver. In addition, the conditionon of the original box was horrible. I was actually amazed that the item was not damaged as a result of the handling by UPS. It looked like the driver actually just dropped the item to the side of the step after no one answered the door.
