We anticipate your order arriving safely without any shipping damages; however it is your responsibility to ensure the product has not been damaged during shipping.
Important: Whenever you sign for delivery you must add with your signature the words” Subject to Inspection, otherwise if damages are found when opening we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

For UPS Shipments In the event there is damage, please contact us immediately or on the next business day so we may assist you in filing the proper claim with the shipper. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
For Common Carrier Shipments
Noticed damage at Delivery If your order arrives damaged, please notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the Delivery Receipt and refuse the delivery. Then contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please call us on the next business day. Please ask the freight company to leave a copy of the delivery receipt and or the freight company name and trailer number so we may track the order back to our vendor or warehouse.
Noticed damage after delivery Please contact us by the next business day, to ensure that we can resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner.
